What We Collect

When you call about your solar panels or roof project, we may record your name, phone number, the property address, information about your panels and roof, your roofer's details, any insurance claim information you mention and anything else you choose to tell us.

When you visit the website, standard technical information may be gathered automatically, such as browser and device type, the pages viewed and a general location based on your IP address.

How We Use It

We use what you share to answer questions, prepare quotes, plan dates with your roofer, put together any paperwork you ask for and carry out the work.

We may also keep notes from our calls and jobs, reach out about scheduling and use general website information to improve our services.

Cookies

This website may use cookies or similar tools to see how visitors move through it. You can adjust your browser to decline cookies, though some features may not work as expected.

Sharing Information

We do not sell personal information. We share only what is needed for your job, for example with your roofer, an insurance adjuster at your request, a leasing company for a leased system or a permit office where a permit is required.

We may share information with service providers who support our business, or where required by law or needed to protect our rights or anyone's safety.

Keeping Information Safe

We take sensible steps to protect the information you provide. No system is perfectly secure, so complete security cannot be promised.
